Renovation of a Bordeaux Flat

The owner wished to live in a space filled with lush green plants that accentuated the true essence of the building's materials. The exposed concrete ceiling enhances the greenery of the plants. The apartment's pastel green floor creates a cohesive connection between all areas, giving the impression of walking through a lush meadow. The interior partitions of the apartment have been kept to a minimum. The bedrooms are separated from the living space by a Batipin wall, which creates varying levels of privacy, and it has a walk-through layout on the sixth floor of a block of flats in the Belcier district. Like a suspended nest, the large picture windows on either side of the apartment provide a stunning view over this Bordeaux neighbourhood, making it a perfect vantage point to witness the ever-changing city.
