Full Property Renovation to Create Seven Flats

A middle-class home opposite Libourne railway station has been completely renovated, thoroughly reorganising the interior spaces. The project aimed to preserve as much of the building's architectural heritage as possible, including the facade, mouldings, staircase, and fireplaces. Moreover, the garage at the other end of the garden has been redesigned, and an upstairs flat has been added. One of the standout features of the project is the inner courtyard, which has been redeveloped and transformed into a social and relaxing space for residents.
