Renovation of a Farm Building

Nestled amid the vineyards, an old tobacco-drying shed has been revamped into a contemporary residential space. This architectural style has great cultural and historical significance for the region. Although it lay unused for an extended period, the vast wooden structure still holds a special place in the owner's heart as it has been a cherished family property for generations. Now a two-storey living space, the exterior appearance and typical features of this drying shed, such as the stone perimeter base and wooden cladding, have been retained. All the openings in the facade now incorporate shutters that echo the cladding structure, allowing the facades to be entirely closed off, just as they were initially designed.
