The project aims to create a new multipurpose space for the house by renovating its garage and creating a solarium.<br /> <br /> The house boasts typical Arcachon architecture, with a significant overhanging roof, brickwork embellishing the windows, and redwood cladding. The garage, located off-centre from the main body of the house, is a simple-looking building. The plan is to use traditional Arcachon mouldings to crown the garage door, mirroring the house's facade.<br /> <br /> The garage roof has the potential to be transformed into a lush green terrace that serves multiple purposes, such as sunbathing, painting, reading, and more. The presence of railings that double as planters distinguishes this new green space.<br /> <br /> This project offers the opportunity to combine different activities into one area where you can relax, park your vehicle, store your gardening tools, or host friends. With a direct view of the velodrome, the owners can now attend events held in the summer from the comfort of their terrace.<br /> <br />
