Collective Housing Project
The construction project aims to provide residents with a complete living experience, offering more than just a home. It will comprise workspaces, recreational areas, meeting places, and private spaces. The residential area is primarily made up of double-storey houses. Still, the three new structures will be a highlight in the neighbourhood, redefining how people live in that part of town.

Three volumes facing each other create diverse spaces on this atypical triangular plot for public and private use. Various housing options are available, ranging from one to four-bedroom units to accommodate different family sizes.

The residences are located at the centre of the block and connected by walkways. They are designed to have a consistent layout throughout, and each home has its own private outdoor space, such as a terrace or balcony. The roof terrace is designed as a large platform where residents can come together, participate in sports activities and events, and practice communal gardening. It is an essential part of the project and offers an excellent community-building opportunity.
