Transformation of a Landes House into a Restaurant
An entrepreneurial couple passionate about surfing wanted to open a restaurant in a Landes house in Biscarosse.
The interior was gutted to create a spacious, open-plan layout that now houses the kitchen, bar, and restaurant. The kitchen and bar seamlessly connect with the dining area and the outdoor terraces. The latter have retractable roofs supported by green plants, and the fence doubles as guests' seating.
The inside of the restaurant is emphasised by its revealed framework. The walls are dressed in carefully selected colours, combined with the modern and unique stained-glass windows the owners chose, creating a friendly and vibrant atmosphere. It's an ideal spot to unwind with a drink after a day of surfing or sunbathing.
