In the world of architecture and construction, the term project owner refers to the person or entity that initiates the project, finances it and will be the end user. If you work with ERHÉ Architecture on a renovation, construction, extension or elevation project for your home or business, you will be our client. Here we describe your roles and responsibilities :

Project initiator : the project owner is the person who has the initial vision for the project. They define the objectives, functional needs and aesthetic expectations, in close collaboration with the architect.

Funder : the funder is responsible for financing the project, setting the budget and ensuring that it is respected throughout.

Final decision-maker : all major decisions, from the design plans to the selection of materials and finishes, require his approval. The client has the final say on choices that affect the appearance and functionality of the project.
