Guillaume Guerrier Architect, founder of the office
He graduated cum laude in 2014 from Delft University of Technology (NL) in architecture, urban planning and building sciences (MSc Arch.), and in 2011 from Ensap Bordeaux (FR). He holds a bachelor's degree in architecture (B Arch.) and in 2009 acquired a BTS in space design. His career has taken him on many prestigious journeys and experiences. All this contributes to his ingenuity and ability to imagine sensitive, innovative projects. Between 2011 and 2012, Guillaume worked at Berger+Parkkinen in Vienna (AUT) on the execution plans for the campus of the Paracelsus private medical university in Salzburg. During his studies at TU Delft (2012-2014), he collaborates with the SVESMI office where he works on various projects, including the redevelopment strategy for Moscow's 448 libraries and its five pilot renovations. He also collaborates with Atelier KZNA (NL) on two housing projects in the Netherlands. In 2015, he won a special mention for Europan 13 Trondheim (NO) with Protocol Collective, a Netherlands-based agency of which he is a founding member.
In the same year, he expanded his collaborations with German offices in Munich, Studio Kreft, for the relocation of the Munich Philharmonic Orchestra and Buero Kofink Schels on a concept for refugee houses that was nominated for the 2016 Berlin Prize and exhibited in the German pavilion at the 15th Venice International Architecture Biennale. Since 2016, he has been working in partnership with the Borders & Territories research group based at TU Delft and import.export Architecture based in Antwerp (BE). Their subject of study concerns the interrelation between the act of walking and architecture, which has been the subject of invitations for international conferences and presentations. His architectural achievements have been included in several exhibitions in the Netherlands, France, Germany and Italy. In 2017, he co-founded ERHÉ Architecture. At the same time, he joined the École de Condé in Bordeaux, as a workshop teacher in space design and graphic representation. Today, he heads the agency alone, surrounded by a multidisciplinary team. The skills of each member contribute to the richness of ERHÉ Architecture. All aesthetes, they share a certain epicureanism, a dreaming and travelling spirit that nourishes the firm's projects.

Marie Blanchard Communication manager
With a Master's degree in Information Communication from the University of Lille's Infocom department, she is the agency's copywriter, putting her words to work on its projects, whether for its website, social networks, current projects, etc. She draws up the agency's communication plans, and identifies events in which ERHÉ Architecture can take part, such as FIFAAC (Festival international du film d'architecture et des aventures constructives) or the European Heritage Days. Enthusiastic, creative and inquisitive by nature, she knows how to spot and come up with the right plans to enhance the agency's reputation and take it on off-site projects that feed the imagination and creativity of those involved.
